Wanneer je een Hot Dog Karr proeverij boekt, spreken we samen een minimumaantal deelnemers af. Dat minimum staat daarna vast, dus kies slim. Extra gasten meenemen mag natuurlijk wél: laat het ons uiterlijk 5 dagen van tevoren weten en we rekenen het nieuwe totaalbedrag gewoon netjes door, zonder extra toeslagen. Voeg je binnen vijf dagen vooraf nog gasten toe, dan rekenen we een last‑minute toeslag van 10% om de extra organisatie op te vangen. Hoe meer zielen, hoe meer hotdogs!

Om je reservering definitief vast te leggen, vragen we een niet‑restitueerbare aanbetaling van 25% van de totale evenementkosten. De overige 75% ontvangen we graag zeven dagen voor het evenement. Wordt er binnen die laatste week geannuleerd, dan brengen we het volledige bedrag in rekening. Plannen veranderen? Geen probleem — tot 14 dagen vooraf kun je kosteloos verplaatsen. Tussen 6 en 13 dagen van tevoren rekenen we een kleine 5% verplaatsingstoeslag, en bij 3 tot 5 dagen vooraf wordt dat 10%. Met minder dan drie dagen op de teller kunnen we helaas niet meer schuiven.

Mocht The Hot Dog Karr zelf genoodzaakt zijn een evenement te annuleren, zonder dat de klant daar schuld aan heeft, dan verstrekken wij altijd een volledige terugbetaling. Gebeurt zo’n annulering binnen 14 dagen voor het evenement, dan krijg je bovendien 10% extra bovenop het volledige bedrag — onze manier om onze excuses aan te bieden.

Extra’s of last‑minute aanpassingen verrekenen we achteraf. En mocht een betalingstermijn worden gemist, dan kunnen we de reservering annuleren — de aanbetaling blijft dan staan.

When you book a Hot Dog Karr tasting, we’ll agree on a minimum number of participants. That number is set once your booking is confirmed, so please choose it carefully. Bringing extra people is always welcome (and encouraged!)…just let us know at least 5 days in advance and we’ll update the total with no additional fees. If you add guests with fewer than five days’ notice, we’ll apply a 10% surcharge to cover the last‑minute adjustment. More people = more hot dogs!

To secure your date, we ask for a non‑refundable deposit of 25% of the total event cost. The remaining 75% is due seven days before the event. Cancellations within that final week are charged the full amount.

If your plans change, you can reschedule at no cost up to 14 days before the event. For changes made 6 to 13 days in advance, we charge a 5% rescheduling fee, and for changes made 3 to 5 days in advance, the fee is 10%. Sadly, we are unable to reschedule with fewer than 3 days’ notice.

If The Hot Dog Karr ever needs to cancel an event, through no fault of the customer, we will always issue a full refund. If the cancellation happens within 14 days of the event, we’ll add an additional 10% on top of the full amount as our way of apologizing for the inconvenience.

Any extras or last‑minute changes will be settled afterward. If a payment deadline is missed, we may cancel the reservation, and the deposit will be retained.
